ZeroQ Online Fee Payment product and related services are provided by Pixeta App Lab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZeroQ Online Fee Payment services (“Product”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using ZeroQ Online Fee Payment product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Acceptable Usage Policy and by our Privacy Policy.

By accessing the Product, and using the Services, you represent to ZeroQ Online Fee Payment that you are competent to enter into a contract (i.e. you a major according to applicable law, of sound mind and not disqualified from entering into a contract under the applicable law) and you have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its Terms.

Information Collection

ZeroQ Online Fee Payment Service may receive data whenever you connect service with an application. This may include date and time of connection, the web address, IP address information and your authentication tokens used. Your authentication tokens may be saved on the server for the sole purpose of seamless usage.

The contents of fee records that have been submitted to ZeroQ Online Fee Payment Product will be stored in ZeroQ cloud servers for the time period agreed with the institute.

ZeroQ Online Fee Payment may retain the information which ZeroQ Online Fee Payment is legally compelled to collect in accordance with retention policies applicable under Indian law.

ZeroQ Online Fee Payment may use “cookies” to enhance user experience. Users' web browsers place cookies on local hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track session information. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Use of Information

We do not use your Personally Identifiable Information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent.

We may use both your Personally Identifiable Information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, IP addresses, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the ZeroQ Online Payment Product and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing user preferences and trends.

You agree that ZeroQ Online Fee Payment has the right to monitor the Product electronically from time to time and to disclose information as may be necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Product properly for justified purposes that are relevant for the features and functionalities of the application and related services opted by you, or to protect itself or its subscribers. We will cooperate with the appropriate law enforcement authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity.

We care about the security of our users. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to and from ZeroQ Online Fee Payment and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured Wi-Fi or other unprotected networks is never recommended. ZeroQ Online Fee Payment makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

If ZeroQ Online Fee Payment learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
